Tenement Flat Alteration | Strathbungo, Glasgow

One of our recently completed tenement projects. We were appointed by one of our repeat clients to provide the architectural package to convert this one-bed flat, in the Southside of Glasgow, to a generous two-bedroom apartment with open-plan kitchen & living room.

The design required structural alterations to the blonde-sandstone, Category C listed building, by knocking a cupboard and a bed recess together to create an open-plan kitchen layout.

We took on this project, providing the initial design and acted as agent to see the project through until building warrant approval.

We also acted as agents for our client to see the project through the Listed Building Consent process.
