Tenement Flat Alteration | Shawlands, Glasgow

One of our recently completed projects. This large one bed flat was converted to a two bed apartment with open plan kitchen / living space.

The Design required two redundant recesses to be knocked through to create an open plan kitchen. We also carried out structural alterations to the hallway to form a utility cupboard and to house the kitchen fridge freezer and larder unit.

We took on this project providing the initial design and acted as agent to see the project through until building warrant approval.

We also provided consultation on interior design and staging.
