Extension | Callander

We were approached by a homeowner in Callander to design a new entrance porch to their pre-frabricated ‘Dorran’ style house.

This side extension required Planning Permission and due to its location in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the design requirements were strict.  Our carefully crafted forms and material palette are the result of a carefully considered and sympathetic approach to a modern extension, while retaining simplicity in the construction detailing.

Planning Permission was granted without issue, and the project is currently at Building Warrant Stage with a projected construction start date in the spring of 2024.
