Tenement Flat Alteration | Battlefield, Glasgow

Our client approached us with the vision of converting this large one-bed flat to a two-bed apartment with open plan kitchen / living space.

The design required the redundant bed recesses to be structurally altered, in order to create an open plan kitchen area. The existing kitchen and scullery were then transformed into a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

We took on this project providing the initial design and acted as agent to see the project through until building warrant approval.

We also provided consultation on interior design and staging.
